• Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

5. Hotel Rights

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate behaviour.
• The hotel may enter rooms for housekeeping, maintenance, or emergencies.

6. Liability

• The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables not deposited in the safe.

7. Pets & Smoking

• Pets are not allowed
• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Ratnagiri City].
